Each product is specifically customized based on individual patient needs and preferences, which makes them unique and tailored to personal skincare requirements. For this reason, once a product has been formulated and shipped, it cannot be resold or returned. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order to ensure you receive the best possible solution for your skincare needs.
Refunds
You will be refunded all charges if an order is not approved in our prescription formula categories.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
