This 23yo patient desired chest masculinization. We discussed their options as either a keyhole approach or double incision and we ultimately concluded they would get the best contour and nipple location via a double incision approach. They are two months out from surgery and loving their results. The scar will continue to fade with time and won’t be considered fully mature until a full year after surgery.
This lovely 34 yof presented for facial feminization and we couldn’t be happier with her results at only 3 weeks out! We performed upper third along w fat grafting to achieve subtle yet profound results. We think she looks absolutely gorgeous!

This delightful 35 year old female presented to me for facial feminization surgery. She put her trust in me to be the first facial feminization performed in central Oregon! At only 3 weeks out, her swelling is steadily improving and she’s thrilled with her new look. We did upper and middle third with plans to return in several months for lower third. That way it breaks up the surgery day a bit, though this still ends up being anywhere from 5-8 hrs in the OR for this first stage!
Before surgery, you get a CT scan to aid in my operative planning and determine what type of frontal sinus setback will be needed. This scan can later be used in operative planning for jaw surgery. We then discuss goals and plans during your pre op appointment to tailor a surgical plan that fits your goals and desires. Many insurance companies will also partially or fully cover the surgery for you!

This wonderful 34yo presented wanting gender affimirming top surgery. We performed bilateral double incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts and these are his 3 month results. His double incision scars will continue to fade and we discuss full scar maturity takes up to a year and even longer.
