Talus Rx Scar Gel

This is our signature scar gel, best initiated 3-4 weeks after initial injury or after surgery and continued for 3-4 months.  This contains clinically proven ingredients that help reduce inflammation and redness, hyperpigmentation, and contour irregularities in scars. It also contains zinc oxide to protect the scars from sun exposure and reduce risk of sun exposure induced hyperpigmentation.

Silicone

known for its ability to improve the appearance of both old and new scars. It works by creating a protective barrier over the scar, which helps to hydrate the skin and regulate collagen production. This moisture-rich environment can reduce scar formation and flatten raised scars, while also softening and smoothing their texture

Green Tea Extract

high concentration of antioxidants, particularly catechins, helps reduce inflammation and supports the healing process by protecting the skin from oxidative stress

Allantoin

known for its moisturizing, healing, and anti-inflammatory properties. When applied to scars, allantoin helps to promote cell regeneration and skin repair, which can aid in improving the appearance of scars over time

Triamcinolone

works by reducing inflammation, itching, and redness, which can help improve the appearance of scars and prevent them from becoming more pronounced. Triamcinolone helps to flatten raised scars by suppressing excessive collagen production and reducing the inflammatory response in the skin

Non-Nano Particle Zinc Oxide

has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and swelling associated with scars. Additionally, it promotes skin repair and regeneration, which can help improve the appearance of scars over time. It also acts as a physical barrier for sun protection

Niacinamide

reduces inflammation and redness, promotes collagen production, and enhances skin barrier function. Additionally, niacinamide helps even out skin tone and texture, making scars less noticeable over time
